This book was full of good information but the websites listed in the various articles did not work. I kept getting a message that the site was down or had moved. Video could not be seen although it was listed. Bummer!
It is a good little book. Great to start with working with fondant.
Just remember, all recipes for fondant aren't the same, and it takes practice, practice, practice.
The cake Decorating book from Yummy Arts is great for the beginning decorator, the only thing I am disappointed with is that the cover is made with a very flimsy paper that constantly curls; it drives me crazy because I have to keep it under a heavy book at all times.
This book is Fantastic for the beginner to advanced cake decorator or anyone who would just like to learn something new.
The video links and illustrations make it so easy to follow along and go back to time and time again.
Being on kindle I can now keep my tablet in the kitchen for when I need a quick go to as a reference.
I have been a member of Yummy Arts for a number of years now and have learnt so much that has helped me with my home business.
The professional video sets are just wonderful and are just a few of what is on offer at the site.
Would highly recommend this to anyone that loves to bake and learn.
This is a great book for beginners and kids. For the more experienced decorator it's a good reference. I do not like that you have to go to a website to see many of the tips in action. I would have liked the information in one place. Nice job for a first book, hope there are more to come!

I have not been able to put this book down! I have learned so much already, very well done and well organized, and the videos are super helpful. It is almost like taking a cake decorating course, and you can do it all on your own time. I already used some of the things I learned to make a special occasion cake - it looked like it came from a bakery - and cost only a few dollars to make, and everyone was impressed. I have a number of cake decorating books and this is one of the very best!
